They can’t just be a couple of lines of how your customer used to struggle and now they poop roses.
Your success stories need to be something people actually want to read.
They’ve got to be:
- Emotionally compelling
- Valuable and helpful to the reader
- Something the reader can identify with (so people see themselves in your customers and realize “Well if that person can do it so can I!”)
Few success stories do all of this.
