A client of mine was annoyed that her other copywriters weren’t doing a great job nailing the language of their customers.
She knows how important this is because when you get that right customers say things like “OMG it’s like you’re in my head!” They see that you understand them and you move to the top of their list of people they want to buy from.
I’ve got a secret for doing this. It helps me nail the language customers use when they talk about their challenges, fears, desires, etc.
