One way I forgot to mention: Give your case studies to your sales team and customer support team. Anyone who fields in-bound questions from prospects should be armed with case studies.
That way, as they talk with the prospect they can be like: “Hey, you sound just like this other person who had success with our program. You can check out their story here.”
Then the prospect reads your case studies and goes “Holy crap that’s exactly what I’m looking for.”
Then you all run off into the sunset together.
